1 French bread, long thin loaf
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup FRENCH'S Hearty Deli Brown Mustard
2 tablespoons red onion, minced
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 pound smoked ham, or turkey
8 ounces tomato, thinly sliced
1 bunch brie cheese, washed and drained
1 bunch watercress, washed and drained

Cut bread in half lengthwise. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, onion and horseradish. Spread mixture on both halves of bread.

Layer ham, tomatoes, cheese and watercress on bottom half of bread. Cover with top half; press down firmly.

Cut load crosswise into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Thread two mini sandwiches through the crusts on a metal skewer. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.

Grill sandwiches on a well-oiled rack over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted, turning once.
