Day After Thanksgiving Casserole
Here's a casserole that elevates leftovers to a whole new level.  It takes only 10 minutes to put together, and it tastes just as good, if not better, than the Thanksgiving meal.

4 cups stuffing, prepared
2 cups cranberry sauce
Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) or 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/3 cup milk
4 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 can (2.8 ounces) french fried onions (1 1/3 cups)




Spoon the stuffing into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the stuffing.
Stir the soup, milk and turkey in a large bowl. Spoon the soup mixture over the cranberry sauce. Cover the baking dish.
Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
Top with the onions. Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
Leftovers: This is a great way to use up those Thanksgiving leftovers!

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
