Mom's Kiwifruit Cake

2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 large eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup kiwi, use only the pulp
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 package (3 1/2 ounces) vanilla instant pudding

In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs until smooth. Add mayonnaise and kiwi pulp. Mix well. Add nuts.
Sift flour, soda, salt and pudding together. Add to mixture. Beat about 3 minutes with mixer at maximum speed.
Pour into greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched with finger. Cool on rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
