Kiwifruit Oven Pancake

2 eggs
1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup flour
Pinch nutmeg, grated
2 tablespoons butter
3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh mint, chopped
1 tablespoon Powdered sugar

Heat 10-inch non-stick, oven-safe skillet at 425 degrees 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together eggs, milk, flour and nutmeg in small bowl until well blended. (A few lumps are OK.) Remove skillet from oven; melt butter in heated skillet, tilting to coat sides and bottom.
Pour egg batter into pan and bake in uper third of oven at 425 degrees until puffed and golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove pan from oven and slide pancake onto serving plate. Toss together kiwi fruit, lemon juice and mint, and arrange over pancake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
