Lamb Served on Toasted Focaccia

1 pound leg of lamb, precooked, sliced into thin 2x1/2-inch strips
2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
3 1/2 cups pasta sauce, prepared, thick and chunky
1 12-inch focaccia, precooked, heated
4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, shredded

In a large non-stick skillet with cover, heat oil over medium heat. Saute onion for 2 minutes; stirring occasionally. Add bell pepper and lamb and saute for 3 to 4 additional minutes. Mix in pasta sauce, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through. Slice focaccia into 8 wedges. Place each wedge on a plate and top with a serving of lamb and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
