Shepherd's Pie
You can use mashed potatoes on top of the pie in place of the second crust.

2 cups diced, cooked leg of lamb
2 large potatoes, cooked and cubed
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup peas, cooked
1 cup carrots, cooked and sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups prepared brown gravy
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 sheets prepared pie dough




Combine all ingredients except pie dough. Place one sheet of pie dough in pie pan and fill with lamb mixture. Cover with second sheet of pie dough. Crimp edges, cut slits in top to allow steam to escape. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until pie crust is golden brown.
