Linguine and Pork Stir-Fry

1 pound linguine, uncooked (or spaghetti)
1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced red bell peppers
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced green onion, white and green parts
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 large carrot, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced pork tenderloin

Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain, return to the pot, and cover to keep warm.

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the remaining ingredients, except the pork, and stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.

Add meat and stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Toss with the hot linguine and serve immediately.
