Curried Yogurt Dressing

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
freshly ground pepper
6 tablespoons Crisco® Vegetable Oil
6 tablespoons plain lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

In a small bowl, combine the vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil, then the yogurt. Whisk in the curry powder and basil. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
