Colorful Turkey Pasta Bake

2 cups mixed vegetable rotini pasta, uncooked
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/3 cups skim milk
2 cups turkey, cubed, cooked
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Vegetable cooking spray

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Blend in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add turkey, 3/4 cup cheese and pasta to sauce.

Pour mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. To serve, cut into squares.

*If desired, substitute elbow macaroni, rotelle, small shells or ziti for rotini.
