Heartwarming Beef Stew Skillet
A hearty slow-cooked beef stew in less than 30 minutes!

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 14 1/2 oz. Can stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 .87 oz. package brown gravy mix
2 cups cold water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 16 oz. package frozen vegetables for stew, thawed




Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Season beef with salt and pepper. Add beef, in batches, if necessary, to brown. Remove beef; set aside.

Add tomatoes, gravy mix blended with cold water, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetables; bring to a boil.

Return beef to skillet; reduce heat. Cook, covered, 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
