Swanson® One-Dish Beef Stroganoff
Stroganoff is simplified with Swanson® Beef Broth with Onion--the tender strips of beef sirloin, mushrooms and egg noodles all simmer together in this skillet meal.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Beef Broth
2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
1/3 of a 12-ounce package medium egg noodles (about 3 cups)
1/2 cup sour cream
Chopped fresh parsley




SLICE beef into very thin strips.

COOK beef in nonstick skillet 5 min., stirring often.

ADD broth and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Stir in noodles. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until noodles are done.

STIR in sour cream and heat through. Garnish with parsley.
