Swanson® Chinese-Style Rice

1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Seasoned Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/2 cup frozen peas




SPRAY nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add egg and cook until set. Remove egg.

REMOVE skillet from heat and spray with cooking spray. Add rice and cook until browned.

ADD broth, soy and carrot. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. Add peas. Cook 5 min. or until done and most of liquid is absorbed. Stir in egg and heat through. Let stand 5 min.
