Glazed Pork Chops with Corn Stuffing
Brown sugar and mustard-glazed boneless pork chops bake on top of flavorful corn-studded stuffing.

1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth, (1 3/4 cups)
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Corn Bread Stuffing
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. spicy borwn mustard




MIX broth, pepper, corn, celery and onion in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.

SPRAY 3-qt. shallow baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Spoon stuffing into dish. Top with chops. Mix sugar and mustard and spread over chops

BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min. or until done.
