Pace® Marinated Beef Steak
Juicy, tender steak marinated and basted with a garlic-laced Pace® Picante Sauce comes from the grill sizzling and aromatic. Serve this steak with additional picante sauce and collect the compliments!

2/3 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. beef top round steaks, 1 1/2" thick

MIX picante sauce, oil, oregano and garlic powder in shallow nonmetallic dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 min.

GRILL or broil steak until desired doneness, turning and brushing often with picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante sauce mixture.

SLICE steak into thin diagonal slices. Serve with additional picante sauce.
