1 onion, chopped
4 ounce salt pork
2 can (16-oz.) baked beans
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup TASTER’S CHOICE® 100% Pure Instant Coffee
1/2 cup boiling water

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

PLACE onion and pork in 2-quart ovenproof casserole.

COMBINE beans and mustard. Add salt and black ground pepper to taste; transfer to casserole.

Add molasses, coffee and boiling water together and pour over beans.

BAKE uncovered for 60 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Stir and serve.
