Strawberry Cheesecake Pie

1 package cream cheese
2/3 cup evaporated low-fat milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 graham cracker crust
3 cup strawberries
1/4 cup red currant or strawberry jelly, fresh




Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine cream cheese, evaporated milk, sugar, egg, flour, lemon juice and lemon peel in a blender. Cover and process until smooth.

Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 30 to 40 minutes, or until edge is set, but center jiggles slightly. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Arrange strawberries on top of pie; gently brush jelly on top. Refrigerate well before serving, about 2 hours.
