1 to 2 ice cubes
1/4 cup fresh orange juice, or good-quality concentrate or carton juice
1/2 cup champagne, or sparkling wine

Put the ice cubes in a large wine glass. Add the orange juice and then the sparkling wine. Stir and serve immediately.
