Classic Cranberry-Orange Relish
A food processor makes this a very easy relish -- although you can chop the ingredients by hand. The relish tastes refreshing with the Thanksgiving meal and is dynamite on turkey sandwiches!

1 medium-sized orange
One 12-ounce bag cranberries
about 1 cup granulated sugar

Wash the orange thoroughly. Do not peel it but cut it into sections. With the tip of small, sharp knife, remove the seeds.

Put half of the orange sections and half of the cranberries in a food processor. Process until evenly chopped but not pureed. Scrape into a bowl. Repeat with the remaining orange quarters and cranberries.

Add enough sugar to sweeten the relish. The amount will depend on the sweetness of the orange and your personal preference.

Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
