Cheddar and Sour Cream Potatoes

4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper




Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients to the drained potatoes. Start blending on lowest speed and gradually increase to the highest speed. Whip until light and fluffy, using Blast-of-Power as needed until all lumps are smoothed out. Served immediately or place in a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish and cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned.
