Five-Alarm Salsa
Customize this salsa with a cup of thawed corn kernels or some chopped red bell pepper. Serve this with tortilla chips for your next party.

1/2 cup canned green chilies, chopped
4 lbs. medium-size tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup white or yellow onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
salt




Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Do not let the salsa stand too long or it will lose its fresh flavor.
