1 pound frozen white bread dough, (or substitute whole wheat)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons rosemary, sage or other herbs
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons dried basil

Thaw dough until it starts to rise.Preheat oven to 450° F.

Roll dough into a 9- x 13-inch rectangle.Cover and let rise 15 minutes.Punch indentations into dough with fingertips.

Brush oil and cover with topping of your choice.

Put directly into oven and bake on lowest rack 15 minutes.Remove to cooling rack and cut into 15 pieces.
