Cheddar & Bacon fondue
The combination of cheddar, bacon, onion and cream of mushroom soup makes this fondue a crowd pleaser.

1 Loaf Rhodes™ Bread, baked and cubed
5 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
5 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard




Fry bacon until crisp. Add onion and garlic. Saute until tender. Stir in soup and milk. Blend until smooth. Add cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Blend thorourghly. Serve warm with bread cubes.
