Pace® Lime & Garlic Fajitas in a Flash

1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 lb. Boneless Chicken breasts or beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups Pace® Lime & Garlic Chunky Salsa
8 tortillas (8")
*Fiesta Rice

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken or beef and cook until done, stirring often.

ADD salsa and heat through.

SPOON about 1/2 cup chicken or beef mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with additional salsa. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with Fiesta Rice.
Fiesta Rice: Heat 1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa in saucepan to a boil. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute® White Rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
