Crab Casserole
Try this delightful crab casserole.
Serves: 4-6

1 cup cream sauce, thick
3 tablespoons celery, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pound lump crabmeat
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons grated cheese, (Parmesan or Cheddar)
1 tablespoon sherry
Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs for topping

Make a thick cream sauce. Saute celery in butter until tender. Add celery, mushrooms and crabmeat to cream sauce. Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, cheese and sherry. Pour into buttered casserole or individual crab shells. Brown bread crumbs in a little melted butter; mix with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on casserole. Bake in 400 degree ove for 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
