Slow-Cooker Cassoulet
A great tasting meal that everyone will enjoy.

Cook Time: 5 to 6 hours


3 1/2 pounds broiler-fryer chicken, cut-up
1 leek, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans (15 ounce) white kidney beans, drained
1/2 pound smoked sausage, linked cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/4 cup dry white wine

In a slow cooker, combine chicken, leek, garlic, parsley, salt,
and pepper. Top with beans and sausage. Add wine. Cover and cook
on Low 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
