Egg Dressing for Raw Spinach Salad
This dressing is great when served over a raw spinach salad.
Serves: 1 cup

3 hard-cooked eggs
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1-2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
Salt and pepper
Dash Tabasco
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Grate eggs and combine with other ingredients. Serve over fresh spinach leaves.
