Patio Salad
This is a very fancy salad that is great for a party or a get together.

1 can (1 pound) kidney beans
2 diced tomatoes, fresh
1 peeled and diced cucumber
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
2 cups sharp cheese, diced
1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
lettuce leaves
2 slices bacon, fried crisp
3 hard-cooked eggs

Drain beans and diced tomatoes. Combine beans, tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion, cheese and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Season with salt and pepper; chill. Arrange in lettuce-lined bowl and sprinkle with crumbled bacon and sliced eggs.
