Black Bean Dip
This bean dip is quick and easy to make.
Serves: About 2-1/2 cups

Cook Time: 0 minutes


2 small packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese
1 can condensed black bean soup
1 small onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Mash cream cheese until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill at least 3 hours before serving. This can be prepared ahead as it keeps well in the refrigerator for several days. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
