Garden Seafood Pasta Salad
A great salad to compliment any meal!

1/2 pound fresh green beans, snapped
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
3 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh chopped oregano
1 package (12 ounces) corkscrew pasta, cooked and drained
1 package (8 ounces) surimi seafood, chunk style
1/3 cup ripe olives, sliced
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Place green beans in a large skillet, add enough water to cover bottom of pan. Bring to boil; cover and cook 2 minutes. Drain in colander; rinse with cold water. Set aside. Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on package. Add oregano and basil and set aside. In a large bowl, combine green beans, pasta and remaining ingredients. Add dressing and toss well. Cover and refrigerate.
