Greek Style Olives
An appetizer that is perfect for those who want something different.

48 jumbo olives, whole and pitted
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
to taste freshly ground pepper

Stuff olives with crumbled feta cheese.
Beat together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary and pepper.
Marinate stuffed olives in mixture 4-6 hours. Drain.
Serve with toothpicks.
