Campfire Stew Sandwiches
This satisfying campfire dish makes enough to serve 12 hungry people.  Using canned soup makes it especially easy and tasty.

ground turkey or 3 pounds Ground Beef
6 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Vegetable Soup
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
Salt and ground black pepper
12 sandwich roll, split

Set a cooking grill over the fire pit.  Build a campfire under the grill.  When the flames die down, place a 6-quart heavy saucepot on the grill.  Add the beef and onion and cook until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Spoon off any fat into an appropriate container for proper disposal.
Stir the soups in the saucepot and cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture is hot.  Season with the salt and black pepper.  Divide the beef mixture among the rolls.

Easy Substitution: You can also serve the beef mixture over bread slices or wrapped in warm flour tortillas.
