Baby Quick Roasts
A delicious appetizer that will keep guests coming back for more.

6 small russet potato
2 tablespoons rosemary, fresh or dried
2 tablespoons Crisco® Vegetable Oil
Lawry's seasoned salt, to taste

Preheat oven to 375° F. Wash potatoes and cut into quarters; leave skins on. Toss potatoes in oil and rosemary. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown on baking sheet. Potatoes also can be halved or served whole. Adjust baking time accordingly
