Baby Dippers
These dippers make a delicious appetizer or a side dish for your brunch table.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 60 to 80 minutes


6 small russet potato
1/2 cup A 1 Original Steak Sauce, (lightly colored)
cooking spray, (butter flavored)

Preheat oven to 400° F. Wash potatoes, pat dry and pierce each with a fork.

Bake whole potatoes with skins on for 45 to 55 minutes or until fork-tender; cool slightly. Quarter each Baby Baker lengthwise. With a paring knife, carve out pulp, leaving 1/4 inch of pulp on skins. Spray baking sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray.

Place slices on baking sheet, skin side down. Lightly brush tops with steak sauce. Return to 400° oven and bake an additional 15 to 25 minutes until crisp and lightly browned.

Serve hot with a variety of dipping bowls, including melted cheese, sour cream and chives, chili, salsa, hummus and yogurt.
