Rosemary-Thyme Marinade
This tangy, herbed marinade is good for chicken and fish.
Serves: makes about 3/4 cup

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well, and set aside until ready to use.
