Make It Shake
This healthful drink is a real thirst quencher.

2 peaches
1/4 cup frozen yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk

Chop fruit into small cubes. In a blender or food processor, combine fruit with frozen yogurt and milk. Whirl until smooth and fluffy.
