Banana Energizer
If your kids like banana and peanut butter sandwiches, they will love this shake.

2 medium-size bananas
2 cups lowfat milk
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Cut the bananas into 1-inch pieces and put them in a blender. Add the milk and peanut butter and blend until smooth. Serve at once.
