Zesty Summer Fruit Cubes
Keep a supply in the freezer to pick up any beverage.

3 cups pitted peaches, plums or nectarines
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice




In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced peaches with the lemon juice. Puree until smooth and pour into an ice cube tray. If you are using different fruits, puree each fruit separately with the lemon juice.

Freeze the fruit purees until firm. Use the cubes in sparkling water, iced tea, ginger ale, or your favorite beverage.
