Blueberry and Peach Shortcakes
A seasonal favorite

1 peach, (about 6 ounces)
1/2 pint blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur
4 buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup creamy Whipped topping

Stone and chop the peach (about 1 cup). Pick over the blueberries.

Combine the fruit in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and liqueur and mix.

Split the biscuits open and mound the bottom half of each one with about 1/2 cup of the fruit mixture. Top each with 2 tablespoons of the whipped topping and serve with the other biscuit half on the side.
