Veggies with Dill Dressing
Although you can serve this dressing as a dip, try it on a salad.

1 medium-size carrot, peeled and cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
2 small heads broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 medium-size zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1/4 medium-size yellow squash, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1/4 medium size green pepper, cut into strips
garlic powder
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon freshly chopped chives

Toss the vegetables together in a large bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Combine the yogurt, dill and chives in a bowl. Spoon the dressing over the vegetables and serve or use the dressing as a dip in a separate bowl.
