Israeli Avocado Salad
Taste great with our Toasted Cumin Vinaigrette.

1/2 cup salad greens, mixed
5 tablespoons vinaigrette
1/2 avocado, cut into 1 inch chunks
1/3 cup celery, diced
1/3 cup cucumber, diced, seeded
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

Lightly dress the greens with some of the vinaigrette and place on a salad plate.

Toss the remaining ingredients with the remaining vinaigreete and mound on greens.

Also can be used with Toasted Cumin Vinaigrette.
