Southern Peach Cobbler
This sweet and delicious dessert is quick and easy to make. Tastes best when served hot and with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Serves: 6-8 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 60 minutes


4 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
4-5 fresh peaches, (diced)** you can substitute fresh peaches with 1 can of peach pie filling to save time

1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place butter in cooking dish and sit both inside oven until butter is melted.

2. In a mixing bowl, mix together milk, flour and sugar.

3. Once butter is melted, remove cooking dish and add mixture. Then distribute peaches evenly throughout dish and blend with the mixture.

4. Bake for 1 hour or until the top is slightly brown. Let cool for at least 5 minutes. Serve warm alone or with choice topping.
