Beefy Vegetable Soup

2 cans (14 ounces each) Swanson® Beef Broth
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice




In medium saucepan mix broth, celery and carrot. Over medium-high heat, to a boil.

Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 min. or until rice is done.
