Quick Glazed Pork & Rice Dinner
Swanson® Broth makes a speedy skillet meal in a snap--browned boneless pork chops and rice simmer in a sweet and sour broth.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth, (1 3/4 cups)
3/4 cup apricot preserves or orange marmalade
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups uncooked Minute® White Rice

COOK chops in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chops.

ADD broth, preserves and mustard. Heat to a boil.

STIR in rice. Top with chops. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
