Sauteed Green Beans with Minced Shallots
Wonderful, fun dish.
Serves: 3
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes


1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound green beans, fresh
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

HEAT olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.

ADD beans and shallots.

COOK approximately 5 minutes until beans are crisp and tender, stirring often.

SEASON with salt and pepper.
