1 cup pineapple, diced
3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup mango, diced
1/2 cup Mango LIBBY'S ® KERNS® All Nectar
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
1/4 teaspoon lime peel, grated
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper, crushed
1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
4 (4-oz.) skinless halibut fillets




COMBINE pineapple, bell pepper, onion, mango, nectar, cilantro, lime peel, crushed red pepper, cumin and cinnamon in medium bowl; cover. Marinate in refrigerate for 1 hour. Bring to room temperature.

GRILL or broil halibut for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until halibut flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve salsa over halibut.
