Peaches and Cream Tart
A wonderful dessert that the whole family will enjoy!

1 sheet (1/2 of 17 1/2 oz. pkg.) frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
frozen unsweetened peach slices, slightly thawed

1. Preheat oven to 375º F. On a Simply Perfect™ Pastry Sheet, using a Tupperware® Rolling Pin filled with cold water, roll sheet of pastry to a 12-inch square. Cut four 12x1-inch strips of dough off one side of the pastry square. Cut one of the strips crosswise in half. Transfer the rectangle to an ungreased baking sheet. Using a fork, prick pastry at 1-inch intervals. Brush edges of rectangle with water.

2. Lay a 12x1-inch strip on top of each of the long sides of the rectangle; lay a 6x1-inch strip on top of each of the short sides. Using small cookie cutter, or a sharp knife, cut the remaining 12x1-inch strip into leaves or other decorative shapes. Place leaves on pastry sheet not touching rectangle. Bake rectangle and leaves in preheated oven about 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

3. While pastry is cooling, in a Thatsa™ Bowl Jr., stir together pudding, sour cream and orange zest. To assemble tart, transfer baked pastry rectangle to serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture into baked pastry Arrange peaches and blueberries over pudding. Garnish with baked pastry leaves.
