Pace® Spicy Sausage and Linguine
Choose either Pace’s® Picante Sauce or Chunky Salsa for this easy family meal. Either way, it will be a hit!
Serves: 4-6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes


2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 pork sausage links, small, cut up
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning, dried, crushed
1 jar (24 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce or Chunky Salsa
3 bell peppers, assorted (green, red and yellow), sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 package (16 ounces) linguine, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese

HEAT oil in skillet. Add garlic, sausage and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and done.

ADD picante sauce, peppers, onion and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Cover.

COOK over low heat 25 min. or until vegetables are tender. Serve over linguine and top with cheese. Serves 4.
