Some tricks of the trade for this meal plan:

The burgers are terrific on lightly grilled tortillas, but they are also very good on grilled hamburger buns, if that's what you and your family prefer, or is all you have on hand.

You can form the burgers ahead of time and refrigerate them. Take them straight from the 'fridge to the hot grill. It's not a good idea to let them reach room temperature before cooking because of the ground meat.

Slightly chunky guacamole is more authentic than completely smooth dip. This makes it easier for the home cook to make, too. No worry about getting it silky enough. If you end up buying the guac--go for it! That's just fine.
