FamilyTime.com's "Win a Disney® Vacation" Sweepstakes
Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase necessary. For registered members of FamilyTime, visit www.FamilyTime.com and click on the "Castle" image during the eligibility period below. Non-registered members must first register. Or you may enter by mailing a 3" X 5" card, hand printed with the words "FamilyTime.com's Vacation Sweepstakes" and your name, address, e-mail address, and zip code to: FamilyTime.com's Vacation Sweepstakes, 1552 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06430. All U.S. Mail entries must be postmarked by 6/3/02 and received by 6/14/01. Contestants must provide a valid E-Mail address. All entries become the property of FamilyTime.com ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes begins 6 p.m. ET on January 31, 2002 and ends 5:59 p.m. ET on June 3, 2002. Entry is exclusive to Familytime.com registered users as of 5:59 PM ET on June 3, 2002 and who are legal residents of the 50 United States, plus D.C., 18 years of age and older at time of entry. The following are not eligible: employees of FamilyTime, its subsidiaries, licensees, agencies and affiliates and members of the immediate families and persons living in the same household of such employees or any other individual engaged in any way to the development, production, distribution or execution of the sweepstakes. Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter or claim prizes.

3. PRIZE:
On or about 6/25/02, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received to award One (1) Winner a trip for four to a Disney destination consisting of round-trip coach air transportation between a major airport nearest winner's residence and Disney location, four nights hotel accommodations and Theme Park Tickets. Total cash value not to exceed $3,800. Prize may be awarded as check. No transfer or substitution. Winner will be notified by telephone or email. If there is no response from winner within 48 hours of e-mail notification, a new winner will be selected from another random drawing among all eligible entries received. Number of valid entries received will determine odds of winning.

4. GENERAL:
General Conditions - Prizes may not be assigned or transferred prior to award of prize. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the judges' decisions. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners and an IRS Misc. Form 1099 will be provided to prize winners at the end of 2002 for tax reporting purposes. Winner may be required to complete an Affadavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within 10 days of attempted notification. Failure to return any required documentation within the timeframe allowed will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes winners' permission to use their names, addresses (city & state) and or photographs, videotape or broadcast transmissions or any likenesses for advertising purposes and the use of all statements made by or attributed to prize winners relating to FamilyTime.com and any and all rights to said use without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. FamilyTime assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. Prize winners agree that Sponsor has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness.

If, for any reason, this program or any element of said program is not capable of running as planned including infection caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process. In such event, Sponsor further reserves the right to conduct the drawing using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any element of this program. Sponsor not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone line or cable network, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or download to be received due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at the FamilyTime.com website, or any combination thereof, including any damage or injury to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an entrant to intentionally undermine the legitimate operation and execution of this sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant.

All travel and lodging will be at the traveler's risk and the Grand Prize Winner and travel companions must travel on same itinerary. Travel subject to availability, holiday and blackout dates. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of prize notification. Sponsor and its agencies, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for damages, losses, or injury of any kind resulting from or in connection with acceptance, possession, use or misuse of all prizes, or participation in the sweepstakes or any prize related activities. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and the judges' decisions.

5. WINNERS LIST:
The name of the winner will be announced and posted on the FamilyTime.com website no later than 6/30/02. Or, you may obtain a copy of the Winners List by sending a self-addressed stamped business size envelope to: Winners List -FAMILY VACATION, 1552 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06430. Requests must be received by 6/30/02.
