Although it is listed as "optional," it is a good idea to add the oil to the ground turkey to moisten it. Being low in fat, turkey is drier than beef.

For a great dessert add strawberries, raspberries, grapes or sliced peaches to yogurt. Nearly any fruit tastes good with sweetened yogurt.
If your family likes the flavor of vanilla, use low-fat vanilla yogurt instead of plain yogurt. Cut back on the brown sugar; the vanilla yogurt is already sweetened.
